Shipping and return policies

SHIPMENT:

 

– Shipping time depends on your location, but in Spain it will approximately be between 4 and 21 business days, depending on the product.

– It may happen that different products arrive in different packages and times.

RETURN:

 

– You have 14 days to return the product.

– Shipping costs derived from returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer.

– For the return to be accepted, it is necessary to present proof of purchase and the product must be in perfect condition. Once you have this, write to holablancadelatorre@gmail.com explaining the situation and we will solve everything as soon as possible.

– If the product arrives to you in error or damaged, send (within a week from the time of delivery) your order number, proof of purchase and photos showing the problem and the item to the email: holablancadelatorre@gmail.com

–  If your order has not arrived, check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address and ask about your order at your local post office. If there is still no trace of your package, contact me through the following email: holablancadelatorre@gmail.com

– If according to the shipping company the package has been delivered or has not been picked up on time, if you have entered the address/data incorrectly or if you have made a mistake when ordering the product, get in touch and I will try to do everything I can for helping you, but I can't take responsibility.
